I dealt with so many car dealerships on my hunt for a car. The team at Classic Chevrolet of Denison were transparent and straight forward. The offered me a fair amount on my trade, got me a good rate, and answered all my questions along the way. Truly a stand up group with Kenneth, David and Zach all happy to answer my questions and provide detailed answers. There was no pushiness or bait and switch tactics that I experienced at other dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I cannot recommend them enough.
Purchased my 2024 Trax in Dec 2023 when I was living in NH. I recently relocated to TX and was due for maintenance and after traveling for 3 days with 2 animals also needed a thorough cleaning. Excellent customer service. Best of all - free car wash! Steve Jones is the best Service Manager. He has amassed a great team at his new location. UK handles foreign and came out to meet me and explain the inspection on my Honda while it was in for an oil change. UK gave me options and an approach. I'll be going back. Would have given a five star but now that I have purchased a vehicle from them they seem to ignore my calls and emails I bought my car back in Aug.and it was missing the spare tire they told me they would have to order it I keep calling and texting to check on the status and I get nothing.

Classic Chevrolet has the best service around! Michael Little took great care of us when our work truck had a recall we called and he got us in and out in one afternoon completely taken care. No hassle whatsoever. They even cleaned up our old work truck. When we went to pick it up we nearly drove right past it because we didn't recognize it LOL. This recall was very important because if it was not repaired anyone in the passenger seat in front of the airbag could've been killed or seriously injured and Classic wasted no time ...

I was interested in a 2024 Chevrolet Malibu, black with certain details. My husband & I had purchased a vehicle from Danny previously, so we knew how excellent a salesman he is. Classic did not have a black Malibu on their lot so he started working and located one immediately. I can't say enough about the buying experience and the ease of which Danny helped make the sale.
