Very relaxed atmosphere, no high pressure sales pitch and enjoyed the whole process. The only thing is waiting for the paperwork but it probably would have gone faster if I had been pre approved before getting there.
This dealership is awesome! We tried a few other dealerships and had bad luck feeling like they were playing games and doing a bait and switch move to try and get our business. I would give Classic Chevrolet 1 or 2 stars, but they did give us the price we were expecting, which was about $1600 under asking price. Plus the service department was very helpful when I had a question. I would like to give Classic 4-5 stars, but the after sale response to enquiries was non-existent. They promised us several items were included in the sale to be provided later, a second remote entry key fob being one.

The truck buying was good dealing with Kenneth. If I had to do it over again, there were a few things that I should have done before buying. This being a brand new vehicle, you would think that the truck would be good and cleaned inside and out. Just running it through their automatic car wash and putting spray on the tires to makes them shine isn't good enough. I dealt with so many car dealerships on my hunt for a car. The team at Classic Chevrolet of Denison were transparent and straight forward. The offered me a fair amount on my trade, got me a good rate, and answered all my questions along the way. Truly a stand up group with Kenneth, David and Zach all happy to answer my questions and provide detailed answers. There was no pushiness or bait and switch tactics that I experienced at other dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service. Best of all - free car wash! Steve Jones is the best Service Manager. He has amassed a great team at his new location. UK handles foreign and came out to meet me and explain the inspection on my Honda while it was in for an oil change. UK gave me options and an approach. I'll be going back. And they handle most foreigns. Good for all of us!
